Aims & Objectives

Aim: To make a simple AI application, in which uses the Google Vision API in order to recognise an object from picture and return what it is.

Objectives:

  1. To explore different C# apps, which are using AI to get an initial idea how to start,
  2. To design simple User Interface for application,
  3. To practice implementing Google Vision API and check if there are any bugs and eliminate them if they exist,
  4. Consider if the application is working in the way I want it to work. Explore different applications like my to compare and check if there is something that is missing,
  5. Do final touch for my application and implement everything that is missing, and test the application manually.

    Thank you for sharing your aims and objectives, remember to keep on top of the blog posts and add posts about your research essay topic and continuing posts about the progress of your research into your major project theme. You should have initial ideas development and research essay subject added by the next session on Tuesday.

Product ordering

To purchase cryptocurrency on my website we have to do following steps: 1. Go to OpenMarket 2. Select cryptocurrency that we are interested in buying 3. Add selected product to basket 4. After we select all the product that we are interested in, we can proceed to see the card 5. To make transaction we have to click one of checkout buttons 6. At this moment we should be able to finalise transaction by writing our card details, however, because I am using free version of wix we are not able to finalise our transaction.

Survey results and analysis + SWOT Analysis

In the last weeks I have created a survey to gather informations, which can potentially give me some ideas about my software and how I can improve it in order to fulfil expectations of potential clients. To analyse all of data gathered I used charts that were generated automatically in the Google Forms and SWOT Analysis of data in charts. In the first part of my survey I am asking respondents about themselves do predict if there are any chances that they are on some higher positions in companies that they are working for. The variation of both higher age and higher education - age 30+ and bachelors level of education and above makes possibilities that the respondent is currently on some higher position. I decided to use this variation instead of asking respondent directly, because I am aware of that maybe not everyone want to share such information with survey even if they are anonymous.
